Martin: You seemed to be struggling for the right words to describe the bow that the rider of the white horse was holding on yesterday’s and today’s show. As a former military guy I see weapons as either “direct fire” or “indirect fire” weapons. A rifle is a direct fire weapon, it’s bullet goes from point A to point B along a straight line. Artillery is an indirect fire weapon. It delivers its ordinance from point A to point B on a curved trajectory or delivers it by lofting it to its target. So the white rider seems to achive his victory “indirectly” since the bow can be an indirect fire weapon. To me this means he achieves his victory indirectly by subterfuge and deception as opposed to an open conflict such as war. BTW the word you were looking for yesterday was “profile.” : )
