Hi there. Kelly here. I’m wondering what the volume problem is. Maybe it’s your tablet? I usually have to decrease the volume on my computer because it’s coming in loud and clear. Anyone else having problems?

Martin, please increase the volume of your recordings. I am having to hold my tablet to my ear to hear you. Then I can’t look at your funny face whilst I listen. Seriously, please. Thanks for everything.
