“6:4 he has had been swelled; to~not-yet-one [thing] on-standing,
but to~seekings, and to~word-quarrels being diseased about,
out of~which [seekings and word-quarrels]
there becomes envy, strife, slanders, wicked suspicions” (~robin)

(Marlon)
Are you, then, suggesting the heretical idea that Paul did not write these three epistles?
Are you, then, attempting to engage us in “word-quarrels?”

(Robin)
No, of course not! … Just asking valid questions, there be no “quarrel” in open, factual discussions; said “quarrels” only come from individuals, that are not willing to put their trust to the test …

(Marlon)
But God’s word tells us that all scriptures are “God-breathed”

(Robin)
Actually, such a verse is from the very epistles that are questionable,
And, even this verse does not say what you would have it to be saying …

“3:16* every God-breathable writing, a~beneficial [one] towards a~teaching, towards a~reproof, towards a~correction, and towards the discipline in with~a~righteousness,” (~Robin)

(Robin)
That is, it does not say every “scripture” … as if the “scriptures” were a definitely defined sample universe of words; that is, the content of NT is very subject to question, so “THE” scriptures is not as easy a determination as one might … assume?

True … most true … surely, every “God-breathable writing” is valid and there for our edification,
but just which NT books might these “writings” be … Do you, really, depend upon the Roman Catholic Church to have rightfully sorted such matters out! Or, are you willing to trust God, to spiritually lead us in an independent manner, in order to rightfully ascertain which books, and which words of the NT are … really … God’s words; especially so, those words of Paul, our apostle.

…”every God-breathable writing” …

Tell me true, despite some of those very popular and edifying words found in the Pastorals,
have you … any one of you … not, also, been off-put and down-beat by some of those other
sayings found in the so-called “Timothy” epistles …

That is, the Pastorals are some of the main reasons that Paul is NOT listened to …
A very good trick, if you might think about it, if you were the Adversary … Ummmm?

Really! You Sure?

(Robin)
Interesting, and sort of raises questions, right …
especially since 2Timothy is such a “sorrowful” letter …
Here are Paul’s uses of this word family …. that is, 25 different occasions of the idea,
and yet, nary a mention of it in these three epistles … Did Paul, really, write these epistles?

Interesting observation … Paul talks often (24 times, see below) about sorrow,
and yet not once is this word family used in the three pastoral epistles…
which is especially interesting since 2Timothy is such a sorrowful letter …Ummm?
