Favorite part of this message, how God does not concern himself with man’s interpretations or expectations. He presents his son in a river being baptized with water not oil by a considered crazy man who lives on bugs. This is as Martin says proof it is not about us or what we bring to the table. Beautiful and very comforting.

Just looked up the two verses you referenced at the end of this show. As promised, what a crazy amazing “bookmark” John inserted at the top and bottom of The Unveiling of Jesus Christ! And if I’m following correctly where you’re going with this, what an even more glorious expectation awaits us as sons and daughters of God, the body of Christ!
We can always count on you to teach the word of truth in your own special Zender-esque style, making it both palatable and digestible, no matter how seemingly bitter or dry the topic. You never sugar-coat God’s love letter to us, His beloved children. Everyone knows how harmful sugar is to the physical body, but it’s even worse spiritually. “Sweetening up” the Sacred Scriptures causes disease of our apprehensions and realizations, and such disease leads to eonian death.
So keep feeding us the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth–so consume us, God!
