Martin: I agree about the trumpet of the Day of the Lord NOT being the same trumpet as the Seventh Trumpet. I used to believe that but looking closer it is not the same. It is also good to see you placing the Day of the Lord at the Sixth Seal not at the beginnning of the Seventieth Week as many do in Christiandom including AE Knoch. As for the “pertubence” in Joel 2 I believe it it is literal because it lines up with the Day of the Lord events in Rev. 6 at the opening of the Sixth Seal that also agrees with the chronolgy in Mt. 24:29. These disturbances could be being caused by an object disrupting earth’s gravitational force – Woomwood in Rev. 8? This would explain every island moving out of its place and the earth being shaken. Looking forward to your comments on Mt. 24:31 and Rev. 7:13. : )
